What is Hope of Glory Ministries?
“Hope of Glory Ministries” is the preaching and teaching ministry of Pastor Lee Waller. This ministry is built upon Pastor Lee’s life verse which God gave Him over ten years ago.
Colossians 1:27-29: “. . . Christ in you, the Hope of Glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily.”
This ministry is simply an extension of Lee’s preaching and teaching ministry as pastor of Dawson Street Baptist Church in Thomasville, Georgia. God has given Pastor Lee the vision to take God’s Word beyond the walls and halls of the church buildings to touch as many lives as possible with the redeeming message of Jesus Christ.
The Mission
To preach Christ and Him Crucified as The One and Only Hope for mankind to experience God’s Eternal Glory.
The Vision
To preach Christ as our only Hope to as many people as possible before He returns. To warn as many as possible of Christ’s soon return. To teach as many believers as possible how to share the Hope of Christ with others. To teach as many believers as possible how to live a full and abundant life of Hope in Christ.
How Can You Share in this Ministry?
1. Pray for Hope of Glory
- for the Lord to give Pastor Lee wisdom and direction in this ministry
- for the Lord to broaden this ministry as far as He wishes
- for the Lord to use this ministry to win souls unto Him
- for the Lord to use this ministry to help many believers mature in their faith
- for the Lord to fulfill all His purposes for this ministry
2. Promote Hope of Glory
- purchase tapes, CDs, and study books to give away so others can benefit from the ministry
- pass along brochures and business cards for Hope of Glory
- put brochures in your office or business for others to see
- tell others how you have been blessed from a certain aspect of this ministry
3. Provide for Hope of Glory
- funds for a website
- funds for radio time
- funds for promotion
- volunteer time and expertise to maintain the ministry (tape and CD duplication, label printing and application, graphic design, manning a sales table before/after church, etc.)
What avenues of ministry will Hope of Glory take?
There is no way to tell exactly what God has in store for this ministry. The initial avenue this ministry will take is through providing recorded resources of Pastor Lee’s sermons and study series via CDs, cassettes, study books, web casts, pod casts, and radio.

As of now, there is a Hope of Glory resource table in the fellowship hall. From there you can purchase CDs or tapes of Pastor Lee’s sermons and study series as well as the Revelation study book, Unveiling the End from the Beginning.

Where do the proceeds of this ministry go?
The Lord has put the world on Pastor Lee’s heart. He wants Hope of Glory Ministries to be a fulfillment of Acts 1:8. Lee’s vision is for the sun to never set on this ministry; that somewhere in the world, at any given time, a mission or ministry supported by Hope of Glory Ministries is actively leading people to Jesus.
How can this happen? Hope of Glory Ministries will give 60% of any profit from CD, tape, or book sales to support mission causes locally and around the world.
